Managed field sales and underwriting activities of Central regional territories (Kentucky and Ohio) and am responsible for written premium, expense control, and loss ratio results. Directed the development of new Personal Lines business and the appointment of new agents. Advised RVP-Personal Lines regarding trends, competition, and other important matters pertaining to regional operations. Recruited, hired and established BEST Practices procedures. Managed a team of 7 personal lines sales and underwriting representatives.
