•Compiled a monthly maintenance list in twenty two buildings encompassing over one million square feet and provided the necessary best practices to complete the work by myself and/or by supervising a crews of up to 10 people. •Presented monthly reports to upper management on ways to increase the triple bottom line by initiating these “best practices” as part of proper facility maintenance * drove various trucks and other equipment necessary to complete tasks as well as drove for the snow team using a 6 wheel dump and 10 foot blade. •Supervise and mentor Day Crews. •Effectively delegate tasks and ensure follow through. •Conduct daily inspections of buildings and grounds, including inspection of completed work for compliance with appropriate standards and workmanship. •Ensure that the complexes physical property is appropriately maintained and cleaned. •Confer and collaborate with other supervisors and company leaders to coordinate activities as appropriate.
