 Employee Relations o Responsible for all aspects of employee relations including, but not limited to, hiring, termination, salary reviews, performance appraisals, succession planning and counseling. o Supervised administrative staff. o Acted as liaison between financial advisors, office staff and vendors. o Benefits specialist - communicated plan benefits to employees. o Solved compensation issues with employees as needed.  Office Management o Implemented EEO, SEC and NASDAQ regulations as compliance officer. o Interacted with vendors who provided office services. o Responsible for day-to-day office operations.
