Conducted 1,000 clinical and resident rights investigations. RD on annual surveys - conducted food safety and sanitation inspections. Team Coordinator/manager on surveys. Trained other staff. Wrote protocols, used by providers, on malnutrition, dehydration, falls and neglect that involved extensive research and statistical analysis. Supported agency administration for 10 years doing QA, research and position papers. Review of deficiencies, plans of correction and documentation revisits. Expert in legal-regulatory aspects of the Informal Deficiency Review committee.
