Daily Duties at Azura Lakewood:
Reduced infection/sepsis incidence, falls, medication errors and acute changes of condition. Improved grievance and internal and external customer service procedures. QA plans led to a four deficiency survey. Helped owners start QA processes in other facilities. Served as the RD for the acute care unit and improved nutritional outcomes. Left in March 2012 to return to work as a full-time consultant.
