Daily Duties at Cigna:

Developed design and cost analysis of PC base systems to automate manual operations. Responsible for programming, system test, beta test, and production support. Provided technical support, training, and direction to consultants and team members. Provided production support; communicate problems and resolutions to team members, customer and operations in an immediate time frame. Responsible for scheduling jobs for production cycle with the proper contingencies. Troubleshoot processing problems. Scheduled, executed and verified recoveries. Completed maintenance valuation assessments. Worked with customers to develop solutions to business obstacles. Developed data entry screens and coded corresponding programs for project. Maintained training materials and file definitions.
