• Project manager for systems upgrades, module modifications, and systems replacement for the facility. • Responsible for Pick-To-Light System that controls production performance within the distribution center. • Establishment and calculation of key performance indicators (KPIs) as DC standards. • Recommend systems and operational improvements to processes to increase facility's production levels. • Developed accountable inventory control management routines to improve accuracy (e.g. cycle counts, audit trails when product touched). • Acted as manager of the facility on 2nd shift seasonal operations of creaw of 124 staff and temporary help. • Vendor contracts management for compliance. • Initial planning and submission of the annual departmental expense budget and capital needs. • Directly manage and direct all members of the onsite DC IT team of 5 for a 24X7 operational coverage. • Conduct departmental performance appraisals and address corrective actions, where needed. • Configuration management of Warehouse Management System. • Client\Server systems management.
