Daily Duties at Dell Corporation :
Collaborate with the VP Sales and CFO to define sales business plan then drive implementation of annual sales staffing and compensation objectives (staffing profiles, quota goals, and compensation targets); Collaborate with (Sales, Marketing, Services, Finance, Corp Ops) Project Leads to define customer engagement lifecycle process then drive sales implementation (lead to pipeline, pipeline to forecast, quote to order, selling and account strategies, contract to entitlement, and renewal to cross sell/up sell), along with monitor and drive process improvements over time; Design, document, and facilitate all sales training events and certification programs that support the sales engagement process (workflow, systems, policy, selling methodology), along with measure adoption and actions to meet sales KPI’s; Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable business metrics to all VP/Director’s on weekly/monthly basis; Design, document, implement, and manage marketing and sales reporting requirements (lead, activity, conversion, pipeline, opportunity, forecast, revenue, sales cycle, business trends) using Salesforce.com and MS Excel; Collaborate with IT and Corporate Operations to design, document, prioritize and implement SaaS infrastructure systems (Automatic Call Distributor, Marketing and Sales Force Automation, Data Research, Asset Management, Quote and Order Systems) using an AGILE methodology; along with quick fixes, quarterly SFDC releases, and major enterprise integration releases; Contribute in business strategy discussions, drive business performance analytics, provide business insight, and support key business planning milestones by facilitating weekly, monthly, and quarterly, and annual review sessions with Executive and Senior Management.
