Consequences of perceived or actual discrepancies could result in loss of award fees. Successfully interfaced with auditing personnel and senior management while developing programs, receiving feedback, and meeting performance expectations. Consistently achieved near maximum award fees annually. • Responsible for operating budget development and cost controls and for interpreting and presenting governmental, state, and other industry and technical standards. Led conduct of operations and management audits exceeding 250 per year. • Provided technical support for the planning, scheduling, project controls, planning, cost engineering activities, operation, maintenance, and design of technical systems and prepared reports and studies. Project management of technical activities exceeding 3000 tasks annually. Led program progress evaluations and accident investigations. • Oversaw supervision, training, and activities of all technical personnel. Responsible for annual and quarterly performance reviews. Responsible for budget, cost controls, preparing and receiving estimates, contract negotiation, and sub-contractor activity. • Prepared and reviewed cost and labor estimates of instrumentation and controls activities. Reviewed plans and specifications for compliance to design criteria, codes, and standards. Oversaw the maintenance and operation of instrumentation and controls for utility division.
