Daily Duties at Project Time & Cost Inc.:

Germantown, Maryland, Washington, D.C., DOE Office of Project Management Oversight EM-53 • Point of contact regarding NNSA and environmental clean up sites. • Provided technical and general expertise to federal employees and officials regarding planning, scheduling, project controls, cost engineering activities, and formality and conduct of Department of Energy business operations. • Provided technical writing and editing expertise and services to EM-53. • Participated in and helped perform Independent Cost Estimate for demolition of the DOE Gaseous Diffusion Plant at Portsmouth, Ohio. Los Alamos, New Mexico DOE Site Office (LASO). • Managed the local team comprising approximately 6 personnel including project managers, cost consultants, and technical writers. • Provided project management services to Department of Energy / National Nuclear Safety (DOE / NNSA) Environmental Office (EO) at the Los Alamos, New Mexico DOE Site Office (LASO). • Provided technical support for formality and conduct of operations, project controls, planning, scheduling, cost engineering and estimating activities and operations, and Department of Energy business operations expertise. • Subject matter expert and point of contact regarding disposition and disposal of Los Alamos National Laboratory legacy transuranic, low level, and mixed low level waste. • Technical subject matter expert regarding craft relations, Davis Bacon determinations, electronics, metrology and calibration, etc. • LASO representative to Los Alamos Citizen’s Advisory Board (CAB). Provide subject matter expertise and comment on CAB recommendations, questions, and matters of public interest.
