Daily Duties at Noresco:

• Manage Los Alamos, New Mexico branch of NORESCO - an energy savings performance contract company. • Managed the local team comprising approximately 6 personnel including project managers and safety professionals. Also managed all subcontractors totalling up to 50 transient personnel. • Manage office and job startup through conclusion of contract. • Work directly with DOE/NNSA contracting officers maintaining excellent customer communications. • Responsible for planning, forecasting, project scheduling, estimating, formality and conduct of operations, and work coordination • Provide expertise regarding change orders, requests for information, and requests for proposal. • Perform duties regarding purchasing and receiving materials, consultants, etc. • Conduct regular progress and planning meetings with construction sub-contractors, LANL construction project principals, and sub-contractors. • Conduct work site inspections to ensure safety, quality, expertise, and customer satisfaction.
