Manage and support the information requirements of sales for various global regions in USA, Latin America, Europe, Middle East and Asia(EMEA) markets through detailed information compilation with analysis and reporting tools. Collaborate with teams to leverage the data in the CRM system; Delivered high-level administrative support to the Vice president, 5 directors, 9 managers, 41 sales managers and 17 customer support staff. Design and create sales processes between internal teams and external markets to ensure more efficient process for customers and simplified user management developed/created Salesforce.com objects to support customer trials, entitlements, contract processes, sales retention data and commission tracking.
