Daily Duties at Sylvan Learning, Inc:

• Develop marketing programs from ground up by converting business requirements into functional requirements and transforming franchise business practices to initiate automatic direct mail and email follow-up to customers, which raises enrollments and revenue for centers by an average of 10%. • Lead sales and training process to move over 500 franchise business owners to new Integrated Relationship Marketing process; including: documenting business processes, developing training materials, presenting sales process, and eliciting feedback from community. • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with a third party partner to produce results from an innovative profiling segmentation system, which is a key factor in marketing program development. • Manage and train center staff in implementation of NPS customer surveying process which resulted in a 20% increase in customer satisfaction results six months. • Manage national telecommunication system for over 1,000 learning centers; positively managing marketing message to consumers, troubleshooting call quality issues in a timely manner, developing ad hoc reporting for system performance and training center personnel on implementation steps. • Provide business analysis support for marketing divisions to deliver insights to the teams and help drive the strategy for each group, including: forecasting and budgeting of expenses for fiscal year, analyzing advertising spend efficiency, determining conversion rates from contact to inquiry to enrollment and forecasting local marketing activity ROI. • Present marketing analysis to senior management and franchise community on a regular basis to explain current business results and generate new marketing systems.
