Daily Duties at Seamon Corporation:
• Accurately process T&M, CPFF and F/P monthly invoices to clients (government & pharmaceutical contractors) (revenue of $30 million) • Effectively dissolves invoices that have aged over 90 days • Efficiently monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities • Accurately maintain accounts receivable customer files • Effectively investigate and resolve customer queries • Accurately setup project codes within accounting system so that employees may apply time or client expenses towards • Effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally • Accurately reconcile quarterly GSA schedule which is a streamlined buying process that the government uses to buy products and services through registered vendors at pre-negotiated prices. • Accurately Upload budgets for submissions to the clients • Efficiently Submit EM (Event Management) Usage Report to the client(NIH) for closed and new projects
