Conduct training needs analysis Coordinate with various stakeholders to manage and implement various training programs. Assist in analyzing, assessing, and recommending new training programs to be delivered in the various departments Prepare training manuals and handouts Conduct training sessions in Supervisory Management, Customer Service, and other Office Administration areas for Front Line Associates (FLA) Prepare course outlines and objectives Conduct Customer Service quality audits
