I would interact with SPAWAR Reps and our potential customer at Marine Corps Systems Command to help get a better idea of what the ROM and SOW should look like in terms of scope and labor hours to complete the project. Worked out a schedule of work and constructed teams of who and when would go to Anniston Army Depot to digitally scan the M1A1 Tank. This included researching long term lodging, per diem, arranging work space, and transportation of tools and goods to the job site. Perform minimum QA/QC on the Assault Amphibious Vehicle (AAV) Program from the Marine Corps Systems Command. This entailed verifying the images, animated models and wording supported the lesson plans they were assigned to. I broke down the lesson plans they had already completed to see if any of the material could be used for different lessons. This was important so we wouldn’t have to model the same images more than once, which would waste time and money from labor hours. Completed various Defense Acquisition University courses to be a better asset to the team and make them more marketable to the DOD. Attend various program meetings to add input to other programs that were being worked with DOD through SPAWAR.
