Inspected jobsites to reduce risk and hazards and oversaw DOT Compliance for CDL and Company drivers. • Trained, mentored, and motivated new hires on safety orientation, playing an integral role in establishing a positive, safe work environment. • Actively supported senior management in critical decision-making and business planning initiatives by efficiently compiling and producing detailed incident reports. Zaval-Tex Construction – Beaumont, TX (April 2006- June 2007) Compliance Manager / Payroll Demonstrated strong communication and leadership skills in creating and integrating job hazard analyses (JHA) for pipeline field crews and ensured critical compliance with OneCall inquiries and reporting. Supervised field crew safety training sessions and meetings and drafted weekly and monthly productivity and compliance summaries.
