Daily Duties at Dodge's Store:

• Responsible for all aspects of business operations while providing excellent customer service to customer base • Actively control inventory through ordering, monitoring, and selling • Schedule based on need and performance in sales • Responsible for staffing personnel and guiding all employees throughout the training processes. Also, constantly provide updated training to staff on equipment and operational procedures • Push promotional sales and develop marketing strategies to produce sales and promote growth within the store • Keep up vendor relations and develop independent plan-o-grams to promote all products. • Handle all cash circulated through the store and process all bank transactions • Responsible for the overall appearance and operations of the Store Front including developing maintenance strategies for curb appeal • Effectively motivate and provide counsel to all employees
