Daily Duties at Ajilon Finance:

I read the ARRA contract terms and all contracts betrween King County Housing Authority and the Federal govenment and also the subrecipients who would receive pass-through funds. I paid careful attention to budgeted dollars and peformansc terms. For each month beginning in May 2009 I reviewed the monthly Federal contract billing, reviewed supporting documentation for all vendor payments and also payroll breakdown by employee by pay period. Any missing information was found at my request. I then compared the monthly contract billing and suppporting vendor and payroll figures and documents to the income statement generated by the Agresso ERP system. I would double check the inforamtion by tracing accounting figures to the accounting system and from it. I then devleoped a folder for each year to store the accumulated documents, billings, suppoting invoices, payroll worksheets, income statement, in one place so the auditors would have an easier time auditing the cointract when all the information was in one spot.

What they like about Ajilon Finance:

You highly value a work environment built on a formal structure, rules, and regulations. You do not enjoy the unpredictability of shifting priorities and deadlines that upset your routine. You require and enjoy direction, input and accountability as part of your work environment. You have a strong need to participate in making key decisions and feel left out if your superiors or co-workers do not seek your input when making decisions. You thrive on providing good customer service to both internal or external customers, and doing so makes you feel good.
