Developed and executed Sales & Marketing plan and press release to community. Established procedures and performed all Operations, Sales & Marketing, Financial Management and Human Resource functions of the business including merchandising, hiring, scheduling, training & education, performance management and financial reporting. Fostered open communications and held regular structured employee meetings. Worked closely with staff to control costs while optimizing performance and maintaining brand recognition at all times. Directed team in setting goals that were attainable and growth oriented.
