Daily Duties at Theatre Bay Area:
Direct marketing for TIX Bay Area (half-price ticket booth in Union Square). Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement TV, radio, print, outdoor, and internet campaigns for Theatre Bay Area programs and services. Responsible for budgets, market research and analysis, collateral production and distribution, targeted direct mail campaigns. Manage transition of TIX By Mail program from a printed catalog to an online service. Supervise two ad salespeople. Also, chief financial officer, responsible for budgeting, grant reporting, A/P, A/R, vendor contracts, payroll, all investment/bank accounts, coordinating annual audit. Report monthly to board of directors.
