Daily Duties at Advanced Applied Adhesives:
• Chair Member Of Material Review Board to expedite products for shipment and delivery. • Calibration Coordinator for all scheduled equipment and maintenance of records. • Provided evaluation of non-routine Research and Development request for evaluation of future products to set up new specifications. • Documentation and communed test results for new, standard products and raw materials. • Strong organizational and multi tasking skills. • Worked closely with the Production, Customer Service and Shipping Departments for product shipment ensuring +99% on time- deliveries. • Responsible for all levels of Quality Control/Quality Assurance activities. • Interface with equipment vendors and resources for troubleshoot result. • Established Quality Assurance testing priorities consistent with Manufacturing schedules, Technical Service and Development requirements. • Provided support for CAPA management tools in reviewing and defining the problem of nonconformity of products and customer complains.
