Daily Duties at Novartis:
Supervise Executive secretary of Drug Safety Department; assist the Safety Leadership Team (SaLT) and report directly to the Head, Global DSP; handle all department travel, (international and domestic), schedule meetings, organize staff meetings and meetings with SaLT team, schedule all interviews, track employee logs, etc.
