I Conjugated Drugs with HRP. Made Drug-immunoassay kits for detection Seftiofur/ SMZ. I did large scale purification of poly- and monoclonal antibodies. Prepared and purified AP- and HRP- Drug conjugates for competitive ELISA kit I analyzed concentration of Carcine Embryonic Antigen (CEA) in different samples of human cancer by immune diffusion. I purified CEA by 5 step chromatography from chosen samples of tumor tissue. I obtained and maintained hybridoma clones against CEA
