Daily Duties at Juan Korenbrot Lab. Ucsf:

Optimized Ca-Phosphate transfection and conditions of CNG protein producing by HEK 293 T-antigen transfected cells, maintained cell culture, transfected cells with CNG/GFP genes and measured fluorescence of transfected cells with fluorescent microscope. I maintained bank of frozen clones and embryonic fish cells. I purified anti-peptide antibodies from Rabbit Serum , analyzed with ELISA or Western blot. Carried out PCR directed Site mutagenesis of CNG and GFP gene containing vectors.
