Manage, oversee, and assist with the compliance and licensing needs of a growing national mortgage lender/broker. Identify and analyze all legal issues affecting the company’s interests. Review and draft employment agreements and compensation plans for loan originators. Evaluation, review, negotiation, and drafting of all contracts, including: marketing, resource sharing, end-user and confidentiality agreements, software licensing contracts, and leases. Routinely work with various state regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with licensing and industry specific regulations. Oversee compliance staff.
