Assist Program manager with the following: Access to systems, Collection of reports from Clarity and consolidation into Status reports. Look into Clarity at each Project level to ensure it is loaded correctly from a resources, risks, issues, status perspective, Help with follow-ups with various groups. Help maintain Project meeting documentation and minutes. Work with various project leaders and resource managers to complete assigned tasks across multiple projects of varying complexity in time specified by the project manager. Maintain Clarity and Open Work Bench for projects. This includes creating and updating resource details and project details within Clarity and Open Work Bench. This includes following up with customers, project team members and other Walmart teams. Translate meeting action items into Clarity and Open Work Bench actions. Contribute to discussions based on previous and existing Clarity and project knowledge. Create and develop relationships with all People Systems area resource managers and directors. Use these relationships to understand project needs, deliver on projects and work out any conflicts. Create and maintain project status reports as directed by the project leadership team and according to Walmart’s internal schedule.
