Daily Duties at Hms Host :
•Create daily/weekly schedules for employees •Balanced credits and debits for daily collections for employee tip out •Responsible for up to 15 servers at fine dining restaurant with a combined capacity of 150 •Perform monthly inventories of supplies and equipment and rotation all off the products in different stations. •Assist in the training of new employees and setting their daily goals. •Member of the employee committee; addressing concerns and other organizational issues. • Participated in the interview process for new representatives • Distribution supplies to the different stores.
