Supervised day-to-day Class IX warehouse and inventory control operations with responsibility for the management and control of unserviceable repairable stock, ensuring critical equipment is properly documented and available within the army life cycle management command (LCMC) system for CECOM, AMCOM, TACOM, and PAM. Oversaw and performed supervisory and administrative management skills related to employee relations, performance review, payroll, and contract status. Planned and developed workforce schedules, planning daily schedules and sequence of operation for a team of 30 within a two-shift operation.
