Daily Duties at Alliance Care :

Oversee and coordinates all clinicians and services to patients; review and instruct all documentation, Comprehensive Assessments (Oasis C), Plans of Care, ICD9 Coding according to the most recent guidelines, and proofing and locking all Oases. Following up on, incident, infection control, and grievance reports. Oversee Disaster Plan and ensure all patient information is updated; Assist with the hiring process and clinical orientation; implement in-services, and lead weekly case conference with all clinicians. Assist in determining staff utilization, oversee spending, and approve budget. I maintained compliance with state regulations, ensured client and family satisfaction, tracking F2F’s, prepared Quarterly Report with deficiencies found and implemented Performance Improvement plans, according to CMS guidelines. I also visited patients acted as contact between patients, field staff and physicians, as well as supported clinical supervisors, and all disciplines in the field
