Daily Duties at Kansas State University College Of Veterinary Medicine:

Directed purchasing, setup, installation, repair, and troubleshooting for the KSU College of Veterinary Medicine, a teaching and research facility that houses 1,500 faculty, staff, and students. Part of 12-member department. Also support offsite research facility technology needs and home computers used to access university resources, and an affiliated clinic in Omaha, Nebraska. Manage and support approximately 1,240 devices across the network, including acquisition and configuration of desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripheral equipment. Perform user support tasks and advise customers on operation, repair, and maintenance issues. Coordinate with campus IT department for connectivity and continuity support. Assisted with conversion to Active Directory and Exchange e-mail. Trained and supervised two students.
