Daily Duties at Instant Technologies, Inc.:
With the help of two assistants I managed the entire accounting system for financial reporting. To include but not limited to AP, AR, inventory, payroll, employee maintenance files, fixed assets and other sub-areas. Negotiated the insurance, benefits and banking needs; prepared reports for the banks to support our LOC and loans. Processed the handling of employees(spread over 6 different states), salaries, their benefits and departures. Development an analysis systems to management our inventory levels; our manufacturer was overseas. Assist the sales staff with developing promotions and price matrix. Prepared the analysis, development, review and implementation of the company budget. Created specialized reports for the CEO review.
