Daily Duties at Life Fitness:

Account manager for 3 large health club chains in the U.S. and the largest health club chain in Canada. Liasion between all employees of Life Fitness (sales, accounting, inventory, shipping, legal) and all employees of health club chains (CEO, area manager, regional manager, local and remote field technicians, private trainers and desk personnel), and occasionally the cliente's customers. Responded to and proactively sought needs for fitness equipment after it was sent into the field (a club location). Active with all facets of machine upgrades, maintenance and replacement of warranty and sales parts. Concerns included the customers' cradle-to-grave experience with all equipment and accessories. Needed to be able to key parts and service required into an order by SKU numbers on-the-fly while customer was live on phone. Also received orders via EDI, fax, and e-mail. Worked with internal customers to ensure customers' needs were met and did follow-up calls and emails to request feedback from customers. Held "card blanche" status in resolving any customer issues. Had a supervisor, but really reported directly to the assistant V.P. of Sales.
