Daily Duties at Panavision International:

Overseeing of daily camera prep operations and managing a staff of 20 employees. Responsibilities include training of handling equipment, interview, hire, and perform yearly evaluations and negotiation of salary and promotions. In charge of the internship program as well as the Technical infrastructure of the department as it relates to a particular production.
