Accept calls from customers and equipment repair personnel regarding warranty coverage or purchase of parts for machinery. Trouble-shooting is offered over the phone or through the dispatch of a field technician. Reports are taken internally regarding quality issues with in-field failures. Knowledge of the history of years of different manufacturing methods, exploded view pictures of the historic and existing machines was disseminated and libraried through this department.
