Daily Duties at Barrett Ditribution:
Responsible for assistance in new customer/client setup in a 3rd party WMS software suite used by Barrett for shipping and receiving, this includes data handling of inbound and outbound order processing, custom label creation for EDI transactions, carton content labels & various UCC128 labels Responsible with assisting other members of team to complete tasks on a timely basis, including EDI imports of inbound receipts and out bound orders, ad-hoc reporting, nightly reporting to client for receipts of inbound receipts and orders processed. Responsible for incoming help ticket triage, hardware support and setup and internal user support for 13 facilities, assistance in SPSI Pro-Ship scripts and customization for new clients coming on board. Responsible for duties that the manager would handle where he works off site (comm. Problems, RF problems, domain access, new internal user setup on the network and the WMS suite for CSR access or RF access).
