Directed the Philadelphia region real estate development team in restaurant development for new sites, relocations, remodels, reacquisition and property Management. With direct reporting to the regional VP and general manager, oversaw 14 real estate and construction staff members servicing over 500 restaurants. Coached, mentored and developed managers and staff in their Individual development process. Facilitated and participated in the regions long term planning process for existing assets.
