Daily Duties at United Parcel Service:

While employed with UPS, I verified customs paperwork for international packages, loaded and unloaded trucks and trailers, and taught myself how to operate the logistics software in use at the time. I started as a dock loader, then moved to Internationals, where I handled customs paperwork and learned logistics software. I then moved to the position of Shift Leader, which involved customs paperwork, performance management, customer service, loading and unloading, and nightly reporting.
