Daily Duties at Zw Soft :
For most of my 12 years I was the only CAD software support person for the entire company. I became to go-to person for technical support for hundreds of customers and resellers worldwide. Provided one-on-one training as well as classroom training. Quality Assurance testing. Authored several training manuals and responsible for updating all manuals for the software. Mentored the new support personnel after the company buyout. Liaison between customers, developers and management.
