Responsible for recruiting clients for the Short term rental market. Oversaw the marketing and short term rental sales of clients' properties. Drafted the rental agreement between the company and the clients as well as the company and the rental customers. Supervised all accounting and financial management staff. Responsible for the budget planning and execution.Performed all human resource management hiring and firing staff, handling payroll and benefits. Developed the employee handbook. Handled all contract negotiations with suppliers & subcontractors. Attended all Chamber of Commerce mixers and Town Hall meetings to remain an active business owner in the community.
