Developed an account base by traveling to construction sites, reviewing finishes presented in model homes, and targeting the customer based on similar or upgraded materials at a discounted price. Offered a 'one-stop' design and installation service which would aleviate 4 of their current vendors and multiple contacts. Expanded existing accounts by offering design & installation services as well as expanded product lines. Setup clients' design centers and pricing structures for them. Created bids by reading blueprints and presented creative design ideas to clients for approval. Negotiated all contract pricing. Created billing and order processing forms specific to the builders. Setup Design Centers and processes for builders.Managed a sales pipeline and monitored my own sales goals and progress on a monthly basis to win new clients.
