Daily Duties at Comprehensive Developmental Centers, Inc.:
Established, developed, organized, coordinated, launched, implemented, and supervised new service program for clients and parents/families, provided relief assistance for parents and family members responsible for constant care of developmentally disabled adults through a network of volunteer providers, recruited volunteers and parents/family participants, established and implemented volunteer training program including instruction of physical and mental challenges and needs, basic first aid, emergency procedures, nutrition, responsible, compassionate care, as well as continuing education, trained other departmental staff, organized, scheduled, coordinated and maintained services between volunteer providers and families, and oversaw ongoing support of all aspects.
