Gathered invoices, receivers, coded; approved for payment Negotiated and purchased textbooks, emblematic textiles, and sundry items, and office supplies; maintained inventory control and prepared monthly and annual reconciliations Worked closely with academic and development department heads for special items Conducted patron surveys for process improvements Directed student help and volunteers Managed six budget lines and student admission contract assimilation (ensured accuracy and completeness), student billing, collection, and cash applications; resolved billing disputes. Balanced endowment funds; performed bank reconciliations and ensured investment income
