Daily Duties at Creative Touch Interiors:
Oversee all financial management, planning, systems, and controls. Managed the branch's budget and forecasted sales and related overhead expenses. Eliminated ineffective personnel in my first 60 days. Sourced new vendors by obtaining competitive bids. All contract negotiations regarding procurement and logistics. Managed the production schedule and assigned subcontractors to jobs based on skill level. re-vamped all labor pricing to coincide with industry standard. Performed all sales and marketing tasks, soliciting new builders and commercial accounts, as well as maintaining our main 'house' account. Oversaw warehouse management and cycle counts. Performed cost analysis when I needed to make infrastructure improvements, and or needed to add labor. Safety captain for the branch ensuring facility was safe and complying with corporate processes.
