Daily Duties at American Express Asset Managment:
Managed total assets of over $1 billion in large, mid-, and small capitalization growth assets including $300 million in institutional assets. Led a six-person team managing institutional and coporate investment portfolios as well as a mutual fund. Planned and implemented all aspects of the business unit’s investment process and programs. Planned and executed day-to-day portfolio management of the team’s portfolios including responsibility for quantitative screening and selection of all investment securities. Conducted fundamental research on sponsored companies in the technology and aerospace sectors.
