Responsible for the general operations and marketing of a registered investment advisor to include client service operations, regulatory compliance activities, new business development, and marketing of the firms products and services to include a mutual fund and financial planning. Maintained knowledge of current and forecast economic, market and investment conditions provided observations and opinions tom the chief Investment officer that may benefit internal investment strategy and external team communications. Scope of duties included significant engagement in providing client service delivery, investment policy advisory and new business development. Operated within Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations.
