Daily Duties at Nbt Bancorp:

Responsible for the development and implementation of investment strategies and processes for the investment division of a trust department with assets totaling $3.6 Billion dollars. Planning and directing all aspects of the organization’s investment process and programs. Evaluation, selection and implementation of all investment services provided by the organization. Decision making to align all investment services with the organizations goals and appropriate risk tolerance in the best interests of clients. Leadership and direction of a nine person staff managing the relationships and investments for wealth management, institutional and retirement services accounts. Plan and execute day-to-day portfolio management of selected sensitive institutional and high net-worth relationships. Member of the senior management team responsible for developing business strategies and overall operation for NBT Financial Group.
