Daily Duties at Schlumberger:

Interface with clients during all project phases. Control service quality and ensured the on-time delivery of high quality products. Uphold QHSE standards and participated in Local Loss Prevention Programs. Scope of accountability included resource Management, project planning and manage equipment maintenance. Lead training of Junior Field Engineers and assigned field crew. • Responsible for planning and preparation of well site operations. • Supervise Junior Field Engineers and assigned crew in all aspects of job preparation. • Conduct well site operations to customer’s satisfaction • Maintain knowledge of all latest technological changes and operating procedures pertaining to company equipment, tools and practices to ensure maximum operating efficiency. • Assure adherence to all safety regulations, both local and company/client. • Foster and maintain customer relations by establishing a positive image and confidence in service quality and ensure confidentiality of all logging operations. • Maintains direct contact with client throughout the operation. • Promptly and accurately submit all required reports and data. • Ensure prompt, accurate and efficient incident reporting • Review training of assigned crew and perform performance appraisals • Review and monitor company QHSE and equipment database.
