Trained clients and the public in the use of library systems, full-text databases, and the Internet Compiled and maintained reference collection of Internet bookmarks Created PowerPoint presentations, forms, signs, brochures, and software tip sheets, as needed Conducted non-patent literature reference for Patent Examiners, attorneys, private searchers, inventors, and the general public Led orientation tours for incoming Patent Examiners and visitors Participated in collection development and recommended items for purchase or retention Produced content for STIC News Performed sequence searching in in-house (ABSS) and commercial gene databases on a UNIX platform
