Daily Duties at Publicis Groupe (Re:Sources Usa):
Directed operations of the file and print, local area network, data storage, disaster recovery, Data Center and backup teams across all North American locations providing 7 X 24 Tier 3 support. Established and maintained client relationships with the individual business units. Developed and managed $6M budget appropriations. Provided solutions and collaborated with clients to identify needs and added value. Managed, mentored and coached a staff of 3 managers and 15 IT professionals (NY, LA, Chicago, SF, Troy) supporting over 5,000 systems in one enterprise, two regional and 15 remote data centers (server rooms) across North America, providing on-site 7 X 24 X 365 support at the enterprise level. Managed integration projects to bring newly acquired companies into to corporate infrastructure standards.
